you get your fund safely to you in your Country as even my agency is tired
of keeping these consignments in our Ware-house at the  government ware
house in Accra Ghana.

For proper identification and delivery, please send the following:

1) First three pages of your international passport or Driver's license,

2) Your phone/fax numbers,

3) Your home/office address, and

4) An eight-letter PASSWORD that will be known only between you and this
office of the presidency, and which will be used in a security check while
your consignment is being delivered to you.

 At the receipt of the above-mentioned, I will order for the immediate
discharge and shipment of your consignment (FUND) from the presidency ware
house to you. And this is why your PASSWORD is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

 I look forward to your immediate response. For any additional comments or
