[issue1058] grml64 does not boot: cannot execute /sbin/grml-runtty

today's daily image of grml64-small-sid does boot, and then crashes after
"Finish execution of main grml startup". It says "INIT: cannot execute
/sbin/grml-runtty" a few dozen times, then says "INIT: Id 1 respawning too fast:
disabled for 5 minutes", then the same for Id 3, and then stops with "INIT: no
more processes left in this runlevel".
