[issue956] Include ISO GnuPG signature in torrent

While it's certainly possible to create such torrent files (even when no tool can 
do this out-of-the-box), we'd also need to find a torrent client that's able to 
seed a multi-file torrent while not looking in a subdirectory.
I fear that no currently available client can do this.
