Hi,

sadly I can't find the file you're referring to (/usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwertz/cz.kmap.gz) 
in Debian at all (verified via search on http://packages.debian.org/). Instead what's 
available is /usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwertz/cz-us-qwertz.kmap.gz which is also available on 
Grml.

So please provide more details. :)
