[issue995] run dbus per default

Nowadays a lot of programs need/want dbus. If dbus is not running a dbus session 
will be launched automatically. Unfortunately the /var/lib/dbus/machine-id file 
is missing in that case.

We should start dbus per default on Grml as the startup script will generate 
that file and dbus is light-way anyway.

We could change that even for the upcoming release.
