[issue976] document hdt hangs are because of old syslinux versions

HDT hangs on boot when started from an image created with grml2usb and syslinux 
3.x. Example scenario: updating a Grml key from grml 2010.04 to 2010.12.
Maybe we should warn when syslinux 3.x is detected, or at least document that this 
isn't recommended.
