Just test it in in grml-autoconfig. Once. Or provide a udev rule. No
polling involved.

ATM we can't. We don't have the infrastructure in place for setting
generic passwords for arbritary users.

JFTR this is imho the correct behavior as the user doesn't need a
password on the main screen either.

I don't really care about the security of a live cd. If we want to go
there we should also lock down the normal non serial console.
