[issue1123] grml-live: fails in default installation because convert is not available

If the ISO is built using the RELEASE class it fails with the defaults, cause of:

=====   shell: RELEASE/99-update-wallpaper   =====
Creating release wallpaper
./RELEASE/99-update-wallpaper: line 18: convert: command not found
RELEASE/99-update-wallpaper FAILED with exit code 127.

Either we add imagemagick to depends, improve the error message or don't fail in
the script, but I'm not entirely happy with the way at it is. :)
