[issue915] replace figlet with toilet?

Main difference seems to be the default fonts (use -I3 to check):
figlet uses 'standard', while toilet uses 'ascii9'.
To get toilet to use 'standard', use toilet -f standard.
Other than that... --gay works, anything else needed?
