[issue928] grml-live: provide /etc/inittab through grml-live instead of grml-etc

With the move from providing /etc/runlevel.conf through grml-live and its class 
concept it would be nice to support the same for /etc/inittab instead of 
shipping /etc/inittab.grml through grml-etc.
