[issue862] make netboot packages more visible

The Grml netboot packages for PXE booting should be presented on the grml.org 
homepage so users don't have to search for them too long. Currently they can 
find them in the wiki only (even though they are hosted on grml.org). Suggested 
by a user and full ACK from my POV as well. :)
