[issue887] provide support for plymouth

plymouth is the currently leading bootsplash solution. It works quite out of 
the box, but what's left for Grml:

* provide a decent Grml splash theme
* drop our "Grml" startup stuff if bootoption splash is present
* integrate plymouth in our /etc/runlevel.conf* so plymouth is stopped upon 
startup
