[issue609] grml2hd: support back button to jump back between dialogs

This feature probably would require redesign of grml2hd. I'd like to have a 
central menu which prompts for configuration of all the stuff and then just 
executes what has been configured so it's no longer needed to configure stuff, 
wait until stuff has been copied and then answer some further questions.
