[issue696] grml2hd: option to not install bootmanager

Actually I'd like to see this option on my own as well, since we might switch 
from lilo to grub as the default boot manager and grub doesn't support 
installation into a partition instead of MBR. So I'll try to implement this 
feature in the near future.
