[issue824] grml-live: refactore isolinux boot templates

What I'd like to do:

* get rid of hidden.cfg (merge to grml.cfg?)
* improve possibilities for customisation even further, test with custom distri 
name and check out what might need to be adjusted
* use %DEFAULT_BOOTOPTIONS% as placeholder for bootoptions that are needed 
*always* (like boot=live bootid=..)
