[issue446] replace grml's sudo calls with su-to-root

We've the grml-exec-wrapper nowadays, if there's a menu entry that doesn't work 
properly we've to fix it anyway, no matter whether we're using sudo/su-to-root/
grml-exec-wrapper. Closing this as won't fix therefore.
