[issue599] enable securemodlines by default in vim?

Marking as won't fix, no one came up with a "yes, please GO" or a config nor do 
we enable modelines in our config nor is the securemodelines.vim available on 
grml-small nor grml-medium. Please feel free to reopen if you come up with 
feedback or a solution.
