[issue952] grml2usb does not not rum from image started with toram=

grml2usb is not able to run from an image bootet with toram= (grml2ram) due to 
missing files.

It is possible (you have to regenerate all bootloader files based on grml-live) 
but its much work and the functionality should be centralised
