Kernel configuration adjusted accordingly, building is WIP right now.

What's open (though not release critical IMO and could be deferred to 2.6.37 or 
later as well) is whether we want to continue using CONFIG_USB_SERIAL=m or if 
we want statically compile it into the kernel so we would improve the usb 
serial console support, see http://womble.decadent.org.uk/blog/usb-serial-
console for the details. Opinions on that?
