[issue738] grml-terminalserver/netcardconfig: setup fails with default IP config

New submission from Michael Prokop <mika at grml.org>:

I noticed a very interesting behaviour when using grml-terminalserver with
netcardconfig:

* boot grml from USB pen (so it's NOT an ISO CD boot)
* no network configuration available (no DHCP and no manual configuration done)
* execute grml-terminalserver
* use *all* defaults

Result: DHCP server can't be started because "no suitable interface found" (from
my memory, so not necessarly the right wording).

When using ip 192.168.0.1 and for gateway and nameserver use 192.168.0.254
instead of the default (192.168.0.1) it works. When using range starting from
x.x.x.100 for PXE clients it helps as well. I'm not yet sure whether this is a
bug in netcardconfig or in grml-terminalserver. We've to investigate on this
issue before releasing.
