Verified, works.

Nowadays grml-autoconfig adjusts configuration via /etc/grml/autoconfig.local 
and provides a notice that the configuration of e.g. /etc/network/interfaces 
won't be modified by grml-autoconfig at all.

Works as intended - closing this issue therefore.
