[issue467] support suspend to disk/ram from live-cd mode

Should work nowadays. Tested with Virtualbox:

mkswap /dev/sda2
swapon /dev/sda2
echo disk > /sys/power/state

Rebooting with additional resume=/dev/sda2 bootoption resumes just fine.
Closing this feature request therefor.
