Please give it a shot running:

  wget $URL
  dpkg -i linux-image-2.6.32-grml_grml.01*deb
  depmod -a 2.6.32-grml
  update-initramfs -c -t -k 2.6.32-grml
  update-grub # or lilo or whatever your bootloader is

Please let me know if this addresses your issue.
