[issue762] guymager: fallback to libparted fails if dbus/hal are not running

Bugreport by Christophe:

It seems that hal and dbus are not started by default, guymager then
tries to switch to libparted but fails (don't know why).
Starting hal and dbus manually with the debian init scripts solves the
problem.
