[issue655] file `/usr/share/locale/locale.alias' not found

I've reworked the locales handling in the current grml-live version. The "file 
`/usr/share/locale/locale.alias' not found" problem is fixed, so I'm closing 
this bugreport. Please feel free to reopen the bug if you have any problems.
