I'm try the ndiswrapper version 1.54 from
http://packages.debian.org/sid/ndiswrapper-source over apt-get update; m-a
auto-install ndiswrapper

But ndiswrapper is not the problem. In grml 2008.11 you can not install any
module. I try it.

I think it is an error in the installed linux-headers-2.6.26-grml.
