[issue638] grml-live: split templates into grml-live-templates-full and grml-live-templates-minimal

I'd like to have separate packages for the templates stuff. Currently grml-live 
has 8164KB installed size, way too much for some users I guess. :) So instead 
provide the full setup via grml-live and grml-live-templates-full and provide a 
small templates version via separate package grml-live-templates-minimal.
