[issue632] grml-live: support for /etc/grml/fai/apt/apt.conf.d missing

Support for /etc/grml/fai/apt/apt.conf.d iss missing in grml-live.
(Though that's something the user should support on his own if he requires to 
use something which grml doesn't by default. Anyway, I think it's worth the 
small effort to support it by default.)
