Thanks to Carsten Hey:

/var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin und srcpkgcache.bin kannst du loeschen bzw per 
apt.conf sagen die sollen nicht angelegt werden und schon hast du platz fuer 
chrrootdings :)

apt.conf:

Dir "/" { Cache "var/cache/apt/" { Archives "archives/"; srcpkgcache ""; 
pkgcache ""; }; }
