[issue559] grml-debootstrap extra packages installation

hi mika:

How about we install extra packages *after* installing normal packages in
/etc/debootstrap/packages? for they may depends on those normal packages. 2/3 of
my extra packages can not be installed due to this. 

what do you think? I'll wait for you input before messing with it this time. :-)
