[issue542] grml2usb: support non-FAT filesystems as well - use bootmanager grub

Currently grml2usb supports FAT16 only because syslinux doesn't work on other 
filesystems. Would be nice to have support for grub which would allow us to 
install the grml ISO from different filesystems as well.
