[issue573] grml2hd on grml-small: network configuration not working?

Bugreport by Peter on grml-mailinglist:

I did the harddisk install (grml_small) and I _unselected_ dhcp.
I noticed on startup that pump was working, and in fact , the dhcp option was 
activated ( = yes ) in the autoconfig file.

-> pump shouldn't be running if DHCP was disabled within grml2hd, needs 
investigation (I guess this might be a grml-small issue).
