New submission from Marc 'Zugschlus' Haber <mh+bts-grml at zugschlus.de>:

Hi,

when initrd cannot find the GRML boot medium, it drops me to a shell. If I am
able to fix the issue in this shell (for example, by finding the image myself),
I do not know how to make the boot process continue.

Something along the line of "GRML file not found, invoking shell. If you want
the boot process to continue, type exit after mounting the GRML boot medium
to /cdrom" would be helpful here.

Same goes for the other debug shells that may be invoked during the grml boot
process.

Greetings
Marc
