New submission from Marc 'Zugschlus' Haber <mh+bts-grml at zugschlus.de>:
Hi,
http://www.grml.org/config/grml-config.html refers to a
directory /cdrom/bootparams where boot parameters could be dropped into to be
effective during bootup without the parameters being given on the actual
command line.
It looks to me that this useful feature has recently been dropped, as the
initrd does not contain the string "bootparams" (any more).
Would it be possible to re-implement this feature?
Greetings
Marc
