[issue471] nfs-kernel-server missing on grml-terminalserver

New submission from Marc 'Zugschlus' Haber <mh+bts-grml at zugschlus.de>:

grml-medium features grml-terminalserver, but is missing nfs-kernel-server. 
Either, grml-terminalserver can be removed from grml-medium, or should be 
modified to install nfs-kernel-server from the network when invoked. Including 
the package with grml-medium is IMO the least desireable fix.
