[issue492] grml-live: cleanup of APPEND line in isolinux.cfg/syslinux.cfg

We should make sure that the first APPEND line in isolinux.cfg/syslinux.cfg is 
adjusted or if possible gets removed. It's not clear which APPEND and KERNEL 
lines have to be adjusted to get special bootparams.
