Reason: udev 0.124-0grml2 does not work with initramfs-tools 0.85h of Debian/
etch.

Debugging the update-initramfs process:

ln: creating symbolic link `/tmp/mkinitramfs_v25760/sbin/udevsettle' to 
`udevadm': File exists
cpio: ./sbin/udevtrigger: No such file or directory
