I agree to Marco too, better use module=... for incremental build up only. 

For multiboot, better use the

  live-media-path=PATH

which sets the path to the live filesystem on the medium. By default, it is
set to /live. We'd better differentiate it as, eg, /grmlmedium or /grmlmedium64, 
just like /grmlmedium/ etc under /boot. 

This makes making Multiboot CD/USB just like a breeze. Also, for people to boot
with grub, 
using separated sub grub menus for multiboot as oppose a humongous one is
suggested, because
it is clean, straight forward, and easy. Ref:
