[issue513] grml-debootstrap: only works once

aktuelles grml-debootstrap(0.17) lässt sich nur noch einmal ausführen, danach 
quitiert es den dienst mit:

# grml-debootstrap -t /dev/sda1 -r lenny
Notice: stage <BLAH> has been executed already, skipping ...
...<skipped all stages>
Finished executing of /usr/sbin/grml-debootstrap - enjoy your debian system

es wurde aber kein grml installiert auf /dev/sda1

another error shows up after mkfs.ext3 /dev/sda1:
# grml-debootstrap -t /dev/sda1 -r lenny
Error: grml-debootstrap has been executed already, wont continue ...

it works again after removing /etc/debootstrap/stages/*
