[issue277] get rid of /UNIONFS as static dependecy inside scripts

I'm working on live-initramfs integration within grml. As a consequence we 
won't have /UNIONFS available anymore, we should make sure we don't depend on /
UNIONFS statically. Well known candidates:

/usr/sbin/prepare_ramdisk.sh
/usr/sbin/prepare_tmpfs.sh
/usr/sbin/grml2hd
/etc/init.d/grml-autoconfig
