[issue225] set CONFIG_DHCP=no if /etc/network/interfaces has been configure

If the question "Interface enabled, do you want it auto enabled at boot?" from
grml-network/netcardconfig is answered with yes, make sure CONFIG_DHCP is set 
to 'no' in /etc/grml/autoconfig. Thanks for suggestion, Dimitar.
