[issue226] booting in chains / move system to ramfs on external device

It would be nice to allow booting in chains:

* boot from CD-ROM but change to usb-pen as soon as usb modules have been loaded
* boot normal from CD-ROM but allow on-the-fly move to another device (like 
grml2ram scripts does already), for example "move ISO from CD-ROM to usb pen"
