[issue243] grml2hd: installation on LVM does not work with grub on /dev/[sh]da

When installing grml2hd on LVM via:

LVM=/dev/mapper/x61-grml2hd grml2hd

and choosing /dev/sda as bootmanager target the grub code inside grml2hd uses:

grubdevice /dev/mapper/x61-grml2hd

which fails (Error: could not find a grub device).
