[issue358] provide program wrapper around idesk icons

grml-medium provides X but not all the glory programs used by wm-ng (running 
idesk) so we have several icons which don't work. A simple wrapper which 
provides something like a "Sorry, $PROGRAM could not be found, install 
$PACKAGE"-popup should fix that.
