[issue355] Formatting issues in several man pages

There are several relics of man page conversion in the following man pages
concerning grml. Every of the mentioned pages contains at least one relic of
'.sp' at the end of a sentence or paragraph. I tried to mention the afflicted
paragraphs in parentheses.

grml-x
 (Bugs, Author, Known problems, -noddc, Note, Implementation, [therefore)..sp],
[created..sp], Description, Synopsis)
grml2hd
 (after every paragraph)
grml-debootstrap
 (Synopsis, Introduction 3*, Caution, Warning, Usage 5*, Files 6*,
Customization, Automatic)
grml-kerneltest
grml-vnet
grml-vpn

Concerning man 1 grml-bootsplash I think there is a wrong explanation:
(that's 12 '"') should probably be (that's 12 "|")

These bugs are nothing serious, but should be easy to fix.
